5 Reasons why you should visit the Computer History Museum

Hello all,

The weather is getting warmer and students are out! Summer has officially started! This makes it the perfect time to take your family on a trip to your local museum. Since I reside in the Bay Area in California I decided to search on GroupOn to see for any deals to visit parks or other fun. I stumbled upon the Computer History Museum in Mountain View, California.

My Top 5 Reasons Why You Should Visit the Computer History Museum:

1. It was super educational. Not only did I learn a lot as the adult but also the children and teens learn a lot too.

2. The stations were amazing. There is a total of 20 something stations that all go into historical detail and have real life size artifacts. Some of them even include interactive activities that you can play with.

3. History packed. I realized how far we have come in technology in the last 30 years. It is shocking to actually see the artifacts and how big memory cards were in back in the day. Also, it was crazy to think that I actually lived through the majority of it.

4. Wonderful hospitality and no crowds! We were welcomed instantly at the entrance, received a CHM pin and never felt rushed to go through all the stations. Loved how it wasn't crowded or loud. This was great because we took our time to learn and interact.

5. Price! I scored a deal on GroupOn was amazing. I only paid $14 for a two admission tickets, usually its $15 per person. But hey, those extra $15 I saved that day I made sure we used it towards something delicious. In-N-Out burgers :)

I highly recommend this place if you are ever in the Bay Area or get the chance. It is awesome!
